Silver Berry real estate selling price per square foot for houses has come down a little since the beginning of 2012.
Silver Berry has been range bound on a sale price per square foot basis for the last year or so. The average house sale price per square foot has remained just above or just below $240 per square foot. As an aside, I have been showing in
Silver Berry recently and the neighbourhood has seen more vehicle traffic recently due to the work being done on 17 street. Once the 17 street to Anthony Henday access is restored,
Silver Berry should see some reductions in traffic cutting across from 34 street through
Silver Berry to reach 17 street. I don't believe this increased traffic has negatively impacted the property values, but the traffic volume is noticeable on
